Burna Boy has called out Coachella organisers for belittling him, after he was named among the performers at the 2019 event.
2018 was indeed a good year for singers Mr Eazi and Burna Boy, as they were bought named among the performers in the upcoming Coachella 2019.
Well, there was something Burna Boy was not pleased about the announcement that he was to perform at the international music show.
Burna Boy took to his Instagram page to share the news. Although appreciative for the invite, Burna Boy is however displeased that his name was written so small on the list against others that were written boldly.
He has however urged the organisers to write his name boldy as he is an African music giant and that he will not allow himself to be belittled.
His post read :
@coachella i really appreciate you. But i don’t appreciate the way my name is written so small in your bill. I am an african giant and will not reduced to whatever that tiny writing means. Fix tings quick please
Organisers of the event are yet to respond but we can tell you categorically that we are more than excited to see what the response of the Coachella team would be.
